Soundproofing Panels:

One final way to soundproof a room while the door is closed is to add soundproofing panels to the door. Soundproofing panels are made of special materials such as foam or mineral wool that helps to absorb sound waves. Say yes to noise reduction and reduced stress levels when you are indoors.
