The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. If you don’t receive your order within 75 days you will get refunded in full. Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle ♻️ it.
Your products will ship within 3-7 days of your order, and then take up to two to four weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product has an estimated delivery time , you can email us if you have any questions.
If there’s an issue with your order — if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted — then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, send us a photo of the product and we’ll get you a new one.
